Stir-fried Vegetables with Couscous
A simplified Asian dish with sautéed vegetables and couscous prepared with water. Light, quick, and delicious.

Ingredients
- 150 g Couscous
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 stalk Celery
- 0.5 piece Avocados
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 200 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the couscous, stir, and cover. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the celery, tomatoes, and avocado into small pieces.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the wok and stir-fry the vegetables for 4 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the couscous in bowls and top with the stir-fried vegetables.
