Stir-Fried Vegetables in a Wok
A colorful wok with apples, celery, and tomato sauce. A simple, light vegetarian dish that comes together in no time.

Ingredients
- 3 stalks Celery
- 2 piece Apples
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the celery into 3 cm pieces and dice the apples.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 3
Stir-fry the celery for 3 minutes, then add the apples and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the tomato sauce, stir well and heat for 2 minutes. Season to taste.
Step 5
Serve immediately on plates.
