Asian-Style Vegetable Stir-Fry
A quick and flavorful wok dish with carrots, celery and spinach prepared Asian-style.

Ingredients
- 2 piece Carrots
- 2 stalk Celery
- 150 g Spinach
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely mince the carrots and celery.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 3
Stir-fry the carrots and celery for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add the spinach, mix for 2 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
