Asian-Style Sautéed Vegetables with Quinoa
A delicious Asian-inspired dish combining fresh sautéed vegetables with quinoa. Light, healthy and complete with a touch of garlic and ginger.

Ingredients
- 100 g Quinoa
- 150 g Carrots
- 150 g Broccoli
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 30 ml Soy sauce
- 200 ml Water
- 2 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the quinoa in water with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the carrots into matchsticks and the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic-ginger mixture for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add the vegetables and sauté for 8 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 6
Pour in the soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and mix for 1 minute.
Step 7
Serve the sautéed vegetables over a bed of hot quinoa.
