Stir-Fried Turkey with Bok Choy and Peanuts

Ingredients
- 400 g Turkey escalopes
- 3 piece Bok choy
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 tbsp Tamari
- 40 g Roasted peanuts
- 1 piece Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice turkey into strips. Cut bok choy in half and julienne the carrot finely.
Step 2
Heat oil in the wok. Sear turkey with grated ginger for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add carrot and bok choy. Stir-fry over high heat for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Drizzle with tamari, toss, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts before serving.
