Shrimp and Vegetable Stir-Fry, Asian Style
A quick and flavorful pan-fried stir-fry with shrimp, broccoli, and carrots. Best served with bread.

Ingredients
- 250 g Shrimp
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into thin sticks and the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan over high heat.
Step 3
Add the carrots and cook for 3 minutes, then add the broccoli and shrimp.
Step 4
Cook for 4 minutes while stirring regularly. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve immediately with bread.
