Sautéed Cauliflower and Carrots with Parmesan
A delicious vegetable dish: roasted and crispy cauliflower and carrots finished with grated Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Carrots
- 50 g Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and the carrots into rounds.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Add the cauliflower and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender and lightly golden.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Grate Parmesan on top just before serving.
