Cauliflower and Ham Stir-Fry
A light Asian-inspired stir-fry with cauliflower, carrots, and ham. Flavorful and quick to prepare.

Ingredients
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Carrots
- 150 g Ham
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and the carrots into thin sticks.
Step 2
Cut the ham into even pieces.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over high heat.
Step 4
Add the carrots, then the cauliflower. Stir-fry for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 5
Add the ham, mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
