Sautéed Carrots with Quinoa
A simple Asian-inspired sauté of thinly sliced carrots and quinoa, dressed lightly with olive oil. A healthy and delicious plate.

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 250 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 350 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Thinly slice the carrots and cook in the skillet for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the quinoa and water, bring to a boil.
Step 5
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, stir and serve.
