Stir-Fried Carrots and Quinoa
A simple Asian-inspired dish with quinoa and sautéed carrots. Light, nutritious, and flavorful for a quick meal.

Ingredients
- 100 g Quinoa
- 250 g Carrots
- 250 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add the quinoa, salt, and cook covered for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrots into julienne or small sticks.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the carrots for 5 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add the cooked quinoa to the skillet, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
