Sautéed Carrots and Cabbage with Quinoa

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 250 g Carrots
- 200 g Cabbage
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
- 400 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa and cook it in water with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely slice the carrots and cabbage.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the carrots and cabbage for 8 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and mix with the cooked quinoa.
