Stir-Fried Carrots and Cabbage with Pasta

Ingredients
- 150 g Pasta
- 200 g Carrots
- 150 g Cabbage
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
- 1 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, thinly slice the carrots and cabbage.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and stir-fry the carrots and cabbage over high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it to the stir-fry, toss well, and season with salt and pepper.
