Stir-Fried Carrots, Cauliflower, and Ham
A simple Asian-style stir-fry with vegetables and ham, flavorful and ready in 20 minutes. Perfect as a side dish or main course.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Carrots
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Ham
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots into thin matchsticks.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 3
Cut the ham into cubes.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and stir-fry the carrots for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cauliflower and ham, cook for 5 minutes while stirring regularly.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
