Stir-Fried Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrots with Asian Flavors
A delicious Asian-style wok dish featuring three crispy vegetables sautéed in a pan. Add soy sauce and fresh ginger for an authentic, mouth-watering touch.

Ingredients
- 200 g Broccoli
- 200 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Carrots
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 40 ml Soy sauce
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small florets and carrots into thin matchsticks
Step 2
Mince the ginger and garlic finely
Step 3
Heat oil in a wok over high heat and add garlic and ginger for 30 seconds
Step 4
Add carrots and cook for 3 minutes, then add broccoli and cauliflower
Step 5
Pour in soy sauce and toss well, cooking for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender
Step 6
Season with pepper and serve hot immediately
