Sautéed Sea Bass with Bok Choy and Ginger
Sea bass fillets sautéed with tender bok choy and fresh ginger. A simple and fragrant Cantonese-style stir-fry for a quick dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g sea bass fillet (Mediterranean sea bass)
- 300 g bok choy
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 3 stems scallion (green onion)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the sea bass into 3 cm pieces. Quarter the bok choy, grate the ginger, and mince the scallion.
Step 2
Heat the wok over high heat with oil. Sear the sea bass pieces 2 minutes per side, then set aside.
Step 3
Stir-fry the bok choy and ginger in the wok for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Return the sea bass, drizzle with soy sauce, add the scallion, and toss over high heat for 1 minute.
