Asian Chicken and Pasta Stir-Fry
A savory wok dish with chicken thighs, pasta, and fresh vegetables in a light soy sauce. Inspired by Asian cuisine, this is a delicious and quick meal.

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken thighs
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 1 piece Onion
- 60 ml Soy sauce
- 2 clove Garlic
- 15 g Fresh ginger
- 40 ml Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions (about 10 minutes).
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into cubes, slice the onion, and mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat and cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes until browned.
Step 4
Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the soy sauce and honey, then add the drained pasta. Toss everything together well.
