Asian Stir-Fry with Broccoli, Fennel, and Lentils

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 250 g Fennel
- 200 g Cooked lentils
- 25 ml Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the fennel into thin strips.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan over high heat.
Step 3
Add the fennel and let it brown for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the broccoli and continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 5
Stir in the cooked lentils and water.
Step 6
Simmer covered for 8 minutes over medium heat.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
