Grilled Salmon with Zucchini and Peppers

Ingredients
- 2 piece salmon fillets
- 2 piece zucchini
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 piece lemon
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the grill to high heat. Slice the zucchini into rounds and cut the bell pepper into strips.
Step 2
Brush the salmon and vegetables with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Grill the vegetables for 4 minutes on each side and the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 4
Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the fish.
