Chocolate Fondue Sauce with Fruit

- 100 g Chocolate
- 100 ml Milk
- 10 g Butter
- 10 g Sugar
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear

Step 1
Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the milk with butter and sugar in a saucepan, without boiling.
Step 3
Pour the hot milk over the chopped chocolate and stir until you have a smooth, homogeneous sauce.
Step 4
Peel and cut the apple and pear into sticks, serve with the chocolate sauce.
