Chocolate Sauce with Caramelized Fruit

Ingredients
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
- 100 g Chocolate
- 40 g Sugar
- 20 g Butter
- 100 ml Milk
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the apples and pears into large chunks.
Step 2
Caramelize the sugar for 3 minutes in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the fruit and butter.
Step 3
Cook for 5 minutes to fully caramelize the fruit.
Step 4
Add the broken chocolate and hot milk, stir until you have a smooth sauce.
