Chocolate and Fruit Sauce
A rich and indulgent chocolate sauce served warm with poached apples and pears. A light and delicious dessert in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 100 g Chocolate
- 100 ml Milk
- 20 g Butter
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
- 20 g Sugar
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the apple and pear into wedges.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Add the fruit and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Break up the chocolate and place it in a bowl with the milk and butter.
Step 4
Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring regularly.
Step 5
Serve the poached fruit with the warm chocolate sauce.
