- 2 piece Pear
- 100 g Chocolate
- 100 ml Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 20 g Sugar

Step 1
Peel and halve the pears, remove the cores.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan and cook the pears for 8 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the milk and sugar in a pot.
Step 4
Plate the pears and pour the chocolate sauce over them.
