Peanut-Chocolate Satay Skewers on Quinoa
Asian-inspired skewers in a rich peanut-chocolate sauce, reminiscent of Thai street markets, served over fluffy quinoa. A sophisticated and savory dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g Quinoa
- 300 ml Coconut milk
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 600 g Chicken
- 100 g Peanut butter
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece Lime
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Onions
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 20 ml Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and thread them onto skewers.
Step 2
Cook the quinoa in salted water for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and sear the skewers for 4 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce by mixing peanut butter, coconut milk, grated chocolate, soy sauce, garlic, and honey.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the skewers and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 6
Arrange the quinoa on plates and place the skewers on top, finishing with a squeeze of lime juice.
