Gourmet Toasted Sandwich
A warm and creamy sandwich filled with fish, shrimp, and cheese, pan-grilled until golden brown. A comforting and quick lunch option.

Ingredients
- 4 slice Sandwich bread
- 100 g Fish
- 80 g Shrimp
- 60 g Gruyère
- 50 g Broccoli
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Quickly cook the fish and shrimp in a pan with a little butter, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Finely chop the broccoli and mix it with the fish and shrimp mixture.
Step 3
Spread mustard on two slices of bread, distribute the fish mixture and top with cheese.
Step 4
Close with the other two slices of bread.
Step 5
Butter the outside of the sandwich and cook it in a pan for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
Step 6
Serve hot, cut diagonally.
