Warm Moroccan-Style Cod Salad
Cod fillet pan-fried with turmeric and cumin spices, served warm over tomatoes, peppers, and onions, finished with preserved lemon.

Ingredients
- 2 piece cod fillet
- 2 piece tomatoes
- 1 piece yellow bell pepper
- 1 piece onion
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the tomatoes, slice the pepper into strips, and mince the onion.
Step 2
Season the cod with turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Pan-fry the cod in olive oil for 5 minutes per side over medium heat.
Step 4
Sauté the onion and pepper for 2 minutes, then add the tomatoes. Arrange the vegetables on a plate and top with flaked cod.
