Warm Salad with Apples, Walnuts and Cheese
A delicious and creative salad combining crispy apples, roasted broccoli and carrots, melted cheese and crunchy walnuts.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Apples
- 250 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrots
- 120 g Gruyère
- 100 g Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 150 g Lettuce or arugula
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut broccoli into florets and carrots into sticks. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the apples and chop the walnuts into large pieces. Cut the Gruyère into small cubes.
Step 3
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Arrange lettuce in a large bowl. Add apples, walnuts, Gruyère and warm roasted vegetables. Pour over vinaigrette and toss gently.
