Thai-Inspired Crispy Tofu and Peanut Salad
A vibrant and spicy Thai-style salad with crispy pan-fried tofu, red cabbage, edamame, and a tangy lime-soy dressing topped with crushed peanuts.

Ingredients
- 300 g Firm tofu
- 200 g Red cabbage
- 100 g Shelled edamame
- 30 g Crushed peanuts
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the tofu, cut into 2 cm cubes, and pat dry with paper towels. Thinly slice the red cabbage.
Step 2
Pan-fry the tofu cubes in sesame oil over high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly until golden brown.
Step 3
Combine the red cabbage and edamame in a large bowl. Prepare the vinaigrette with soy sauce and lime juice.
Step 4
Add the crispy tofu, drizzle with vinaigrette, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
