Tex-Mex Steak Salad with Bell Peppers and Avocado
Grilled and spiced beef steak served on a crispy salad of colorful bell peppers, creamy avocado, and cilantro, with a cumin and lime vinaigrette. Hearty and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients
- 300 g beef ribeye
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 1 piece yellow bell pepper
- 1 piece avocado
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
Step 1
Season the ribeye with cumin, salt, and pepper. Sear in a very hot pan 4 to 5 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes then slice.
Step 2
Cut the bell peppers into strips and the avocado into slices.
Step 3
Arrange the bell peppers and avocado in a serving bowl, top with steak slices.
Step 4
Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
