Mackerel Sashimi Salad with Wasabi
A Japanese-inspired sashimi salad featuring thin slices of raw mackerel arranged over a bed of napa cabbage and radishes, dressed with a wasabi and soy sauce vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 250 g fresh mackerel fillet (sashimi-grade)
- 150 g napa cabbage
- 6 piece radishes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the napa cabbage and radishes. Arrange them as a salad in serving plates.
Step 2
Slice the mackerel into thin sashimi-style slices. Arrange on top of the salad.
Step 3
Mix together the soy sauce, wasabi, and sesame oil. Drizzle this vinaigrette over the sashimi and serve immediately.
