Quinoa and Lentil Salad with Fruits and Nuts
A complete and nutritious salad combining cooked quinoa and lentils, enhanced with clementines, kiwis and walnuts for a burst of sweet and savory flavors. Perfect for a light and balanced meal.

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 150 g Lentils
- 3 piece Clementines
- 2 piece Kiwis
- 60 g Walnuts
- 600 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa and lentils under cold water.
Step 2
Cook the quinoa and lentils together in 600ml of water for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Let cool completely.
Step 4
Peel and segment the clementines.
Step 5
Dice the kiwis.
Step 6
Roughly chop the walnuts.
Step 7
Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Step 8
Season with oil, salt and pepper.
