Nordic Salad with Eggs and Smoked Mozzarella
A fresh Scandinavian-inspired salad with soft-boiled eggs, smoked mozzarella, cucumber and fresh dill, dressed with a Dijon vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 150 g Smoked mozzarella
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 100 g Mixed greens
- 1 bunch Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the eggs for 6 minutes in boiling water for soft-boiled eggs. Cool in ice water and peel.
Step 2
Slice the cucumber into ribbons with a vegetable peeler. Cut the smoked mozzarella into slices. Prepare the vinaigrette by whisking together the mustard and rapeseed oil.
Step 3
Arrange the mixed greens on plates, add the cucumber ribbons, mozzarella and halved eggs. Drizzle with vinaigrette and sprinkle with chopped fresh dill.
