Mexican Shrimp and Avocado Salad
Spiced shrimp with cumin and smoked paprika served over crisp romaine lettuce with avocado, bell pepper and a zesty lime vinaigrette. A colorful meal bursting with tex-mex flavors.

Ingredients
- 350 g Peeled shrimp
- 1 piece Romaine lettuce
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Yellow bell pepper
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 piece Lime
Instructions
Step 1
Shred the romaine lettuce. Cut the avocado into cubes and the bell pepper into dice. Mix the cumin and smoked paprika together.
Step 2
Coat the shrimp with the spice mixture. Pan-fry over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Arrange the lettuce in a bowl, add the avocado and bell pepper. Top with the shrimp and drizzle with lime juice.
