Mexican Black Bean and Spiced Tofu Salad
A colorful and filling salad featuring tofu marinated in cumin and smoked paprika, black beans, crunchy bell peppers, and fresh cilantro.

Ingredients
- 250 g Firm tofu
- 120 g Black beans (canned)
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Romaine lettuce
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the tofu into large chunks and sprinkle with cumin and smoked paprika. Cut the bell pepper into dice and shred the romaine.
Step 2
Sauté the spiced tofu in olive oil over high heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring regularly, until golden brown.
Step 3
Rinse and drain the black beans. Arrange the romaine in a salad bowl, add the beans, bell pepper, and warm tofu.
