Mediterranean Pasta Salad with Olives
A refreshing cold spaghetti salad with olives, shredded carrots, and Gruyère — light and delicious for summer.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 100 g Olives
- 2 piece Carrots
- 80 g Gruyère
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, shred the carrots and chop the olives.
Step 3
Cut the Gruyère into small cubes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and let it cool for a few minutes.
Step 5
Toss the pasta, carrots, olives, and Gruyère in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
