Lebanese Salad with Feta and Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
- 200 g Feta
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch Radishes
- 15 leaf Fresh mint
- 1 bunch Flat parsley
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the radishes thinly. Chop the mint and parsley.
Step 2
Crumble the feta generously into a large bowl. Add the vegetables and herbs.
Step 3
Season with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss gently and serve immediately.
