Greek Salad
A traditional Greek salad with tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, feta, and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Simple, fresh, and authentic.

Ingredients
- 500 g Tomatoes
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Red onions
- 250 g Feta cheese
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 120 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 30 ml Red wine vinegar
- 10 g Oregano
- 5 g Salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cut the tomatoes into generous wedges
Step 2
Partially peel the cucumber and slice it into thick rounds
Step 3
Finely slice the red onion and bell pepper
Step 4
Arrange all the vegetables in a salad bowl
Step 5
Cut the feta into large cubes and add to the vegetables
Step 6
Mix the olive oil and red wine vinegar, add the oregano
Step 7
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately
