Greek Salad with Feta and Arugula
A fresh Mediterranean salad with feta, tomatoes, cucumber, and peppery arugula—perfect as a light appetizer.

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 100 g Arugula
- 150 g Feta
- 0.5 piece Red onions
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cut the tomatoes into quarters.
Step 2
Wash and cut the cucumber into slices.
Step 3
Finely slice the red onion.
Step 4
Arrange the arugula at the bottom of a salad bowl.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes, cucumber, onions, and cherry tomatoes.
Step 6
Crumble the feta over the top.
Step 7
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 8
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently before serving.
