Greek Salad with Shrimp and Feta
A light Mediterranean salad featuring seared shrimp, creamy feta, juicy tomatoes, and crisp fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
- 400 g Peeled shrimp
- 3 piece Tomatoes
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 0.5 piece Red onion
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Fresh lemon
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- à goût g Salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the vinaigrette by combining olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper into dice. Slice the red onion thinly.
Step 3
Quickly sear the shrimp over high heat in a skillet for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the raw vegetables, add the vinaigrette, and toss gently.
Step 5
Top the salad with the warm shrimp and generously crumble feta cheese over it.
Step 6
Serve immediately to enjoy the contrast between the cool salad and the hot shrimp.
