Greek Salad with Grilled Squid
Tender grilled squid served over a salad of cucumber, tomato, and black olives, topped with creamy feta and oregano. Greece on a plate.

Ingredients
- 350 g cleaned squid
- 1 piece cucumber
- 2 pieces tomatoes
- 60 g feta
- 50 g black olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cucumber into half-rounds and the tomatoes into wedges. Crumble the feta. Cut the squid into rings.
Step 2
Grill the squid in a very hot grill pan with a drizzle of olive oil, 3 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Arrange the cucumber, tomatoes, and olives in a salad bowl. Add the squid, feta, and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil.
