Authentic Greek Salad
Traditional Mediterranean Greek salad with feta, juicy tomatoes, cucumber and fresh vegetables. A flavorful and light classic, perfect as an appetizer or light meal.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Red onion
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 100 g Arugula
- 10 g Fresh dill
- 5 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- au goût Salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the cucumber into thick slices.
Step 2
Thinly slice the red onion and cut the bell pepper into squares.
Step 3
Wash and dry the arugula.
Step 4
Combine all the vegetables in a salad bowl with the arugula.
Step 5
Cut the feta into large cubes and add to the vegetables.
Step 6
Make a vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper.
Step 7
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss well. Serve immediately.
