Greek Salad with Grilled Halloumi and Hard-Boiled Eggs
A reinvented Greek salad featuring golden grilled halloumi, hard-boiled eggs, crisp cucumber and tomatoes, dressed with oregano and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 200 g halloumi
- 4 piece eggs
- 1 piece cucumber
- 2 piece tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cook eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
Step 2
Slice cucumber into half-rounds and cut tomatoes into wedges. Slice halloumi into 1 cm slices.
Step 3
Grill halloumi in a hot pan without fat, 2 minutes per side.
Step 4
Arrange vegetables in a bowl, add eggs cut into wedges and grilled halloumi. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
