Hearty Tuna, Avocado, and Potato Salad
A complete salad with tuna, avocados, warm potatoes, and olives for a light yet nourishing meal.

Ingredients
- 200 g Potatoes
- 150 g Canned tuna
- 1 piece Avocados
- 80 g Olives
- 0.5 piece Lemon
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes, then cut into warm cubes
Step 2
Cut the avocado into pieces and drizzle with a little lemon juice to prevent browning
Step 3
Drain the tuna and mix with the potatoes, avocado, and olives
Step 4
Make the vinaigrette with oil, lemon, salt, and pepper, then pour over the salad
