Hearty Salad with Apples, Walnuts, Broccoli, and Honey
A crunchy composed salad combining raw broccoli, sweet apples, walnuts, and cheese with a honey-mustard vinaigrette. A delicious balanced meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 2 piece Apples
- 80 g Gruyère
- 60 g Walnuts
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the raw broccoli into small florets. Place in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Cut the apples into cubes after removing the seeds. Add to the broccoli.
Step 3
Cut the Gruyère into slices and add the crushed walnuts.
Step 4
Prepare the vinaigrette: mix the oil, vinegar, honey, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently. Serve.
