Hearty Salad with Ground Meat and Honey-Mustard Vinaigrette
A complete and balanced salad with pan-seared ground meat, fresh vegetables, and homemade vinaigrette. A light but satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 250 g Ground meat
- 200 g Green salad
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 100 g Cucumbers
- 80 g Carrots
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Brown the ground meat in a skillet over high heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring regularly. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Wash and dice the tomatoes, slice the cucumber into rounds, and grate the carrots.
Step 3
Prepare the vinaigrette: mix the oil, vinegar, honey and mustard in a bowl.
Step 4
Arrange the salad on plates, add the fresh vegetables and cooked meat.
Step 6
Pour the vinaigrette and toss before serving.
