Grilled Chicken Fattoush Salad Without Bread
Inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine, this salad bursts with flavor featuring spiced grilled chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, and sumac. Fresh and crispy without the traditional bread.

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breasts
- 1 piece cucumber
- 2 pieces tomatoes
- 6 pieces radishes
- 1 tsp sumac
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken with sumac, salt, and pepper. Grill for 5 minutes on each side in a hot skillet.

Cut the cucumber into half-moons, dice the tomatoes, and slice the radishes thinly.
