Energy-Packed Quinoa and Lentil Salad
A protein-rich French salad combining quinoa and lentils, topped with walnuts and banana for balanced texture. Perfect for a light and nutritious lunch.

Ingredients
- 100 g Quinoa
- 100 g Lentils
- 400 ml Water
- 40 g Walnuts
- 1 piece Banana
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa and lentils under cold water.
Step 2
Pour water into a saucepan and add the quinoa and lentils.
Step 3
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Chop the walnuts and slice the banana into rounds.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix the cooked quinoa and lentils with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Add the walnuts and banana, toss well and serve.
