Smoked Trout Salad with Spinach and Beets
A Nordic-inspired salad combining smoked trout, fresh spinach, grated raw beets and walnuts, dressed with a horseradish vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 200 g Smoked trout
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 1 piece Raw beet
- 30 g Walnuts
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions
Step 1
Finely grate the raw beet. Wash and pat dry the spinach.
Step 2
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the horseradish, rapeseed oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Arrange the spinach and beet in serving plates, shred the smoked trout over the top.
Step 4
Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and drizzle with horseradish vinaigrette.
