Cherry Tomato Salad with Burrata and Walnut Pesto
Vibrant multicolored cherry tomatoes, creamy burrata and homemade walnut and basil pesto. A generous summer dish rich in protein.

Ingredients
- 300 g Multicolored cherry tomatoes
- 250 g Burrata
- 40 g Walnuts
- 1 bunch Fresh basil
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Halve the cherry tomatoes. Coarsely blend the walnuts with the basil and 2 tbsp of olive oil to make a rustic pesto.
Step 2
Arrange the cherry tomatoes on two plates. Open the burrata in the center.
Step 3
Top with walnut pesto, drizzle with remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
