Seared Tuna Tataki Salad with Crisp Vegetables
Japanese-style seared red tuna over shredded red cabbage and edamame, dressed with a sesame-ginger vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 300 g Red tuna steak
- 200 g Red cabbage
- 100 g Shelled edamame
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Finely shred the red cabbage. Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.
Step 2
Sear the tuna 30 seconds per side in a very hot skillet, then slice thinly.
Step 3
Arrange the cabbage and edamame on a plate, top with tuna slices, drizzle with vinaigrette and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
