Marinated Tempeh Salad with Grilled Vegetables
Smoky paprika-marinated tempeh grilled until crispy, served over a bed of charred bell peppers and zucchini with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients
- 250 g Tempeh
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tempeh into thin slices. Brush with olive oil and smoked paprika. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini into rounds and the bell pepper into strips. Grill in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Grill the tempeh slices in the same pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Arrange the grilled vegetables on a plate, top with tempeh and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
